This hoodie is better than I ever imagined. It is sweatshirt material, no not the kind that is shiny on the outside and fuzzy on the inside.I did order one size up and that worked out well.
Very comfy. Warm, but not excessively warm. I would layer it to wear outside in the snow or very cold windy days. But if you run hot, like I do, then it's nice to wear over your sweater and jeans/leggings in 40°F weather. I wanted it for those cool/cold days when I'm camping, taking the dogs for a quick walk, or to lounge around home and stay warm. Like a robe that stays closed since it does zip all the way up from the very bottom. I definitely recommend it based on price, material, and comfort level. I'm 5'5 and 160lbs, size 2X fits well.
The quality of this hooded cardigan exceeded my expectations. The fabric is soft, and the long length provides extra warmth. Perfect for casual outings or lounging at home.
