Shipping Policy

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about two to five business days for us to quality check, pack up and ship out your order.

NOTE: The delivery time takes business days as the unit of calculation! 


Because of unresistible factors, carrier services may have some unexpected delays in transit and providing tracking details, we know it’s annoying and we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.  

For pre-sale items, please refer to the time on each product page. It means that you've well acknowledged the shipping time when you place the order, and it can't be refunded within the waiting phase. 

Below shipping fees apply to all orders (no purchase amount, weight, units required). Free shipping on orders over $50 is applied to limited countries, currently only U.S., Australia, U.K, Hong Kong, and Singapore are available.

Packages issue must be reported within 90 days after order was placed.

Arolora is not responsible for if you put wrong address or the package lost after the delivery. 

Custom Duties

Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges/taxes, full refund is not acceptable. We only accept 30% refund of the order in this case. For orders we help to pay the taxes (either import or export taxed), we only accept 50% refund of the order.

As to the customs tax, we want to inform you that we will do everything what we can to avoid the extra money you may pay, so do not worry about this. If you have custom trouble, please contact us.

Please note that according to customs regulations, AROLORA cannot declare purchased items as a gift.
