How do I cancel an order?

If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. If you didn't receive the email, simply email: HiSupport@arolora.com for the cancellation.

I've received a wrong item, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could. 

Redirecting an order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry! 

What currency do we accept?

We accept US dollar currently. 

What payment method does AROLORA accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay  PayPal and Klanar split payment.

For credit cards, please note the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise our system might think it's fraud. 

Can I change or refund the products?

Yes, AROLORA is support to change and refund only if the products you received are not exceed 14 days and which are not affect the secondary sales. 

Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

When will my order arrive?

You will receive your package around 20 days after you place the order. (Pre-order items take more time, and the ETA will be informed on the product page.) The efficiency of logistics are differed from different countries. Details please refer to our Shipping Policy. 

What size should I choose?

Our size guide is a general guideline for actual measurement, but there are still some errors in the measurement. Please check out size table for specific size guide for each product. Please keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guidelines. So please choose the most suitable size according to your situation.
